Base 20 Where's that..?

I LOVE this base! Idk why i do but I do!! It's one of my best I think x3 Anyway.. I hope you all like!!

BTW I left the Pokeballs black and white on purpose; just incase anyone wanted to personalize the pokeball or even erase them.

There are not many rules for my base because no offense to others but I think putting so many rules on a base is boring and restricts it so much not a lot of people want to use it. So here is my small list of rules.

Things you can change are...

Gender,
Skin/Eye Color,
Posing or body structure,
and if you have any question post a comment here or on the base you wish to use. ^_^
